Gys STARTIUM 980E

The STARTIUM 980E is a mobile, automatic 12-24 V charging and starting device.
The microprocessor-controlled device guarantees maximum efficiency and safety.

Automatic charging:
Monitoring-free charging process with voltage maintenance at the end of the charging process (floating). The device can remain connected to the vehicle battery without risk.
100% charging:
The STARTIUM 980E enables a full charge of all lead-acid battery types: liquid, gel, AGM, Start&Stop, calcium, VRLA, EFB.
Intelligent:
The device continuously analyses the battery status and regulates the charging intensity. The digital display shows the voltage and charging percentage of the battery in real time.
Protection of the vehicle electronics:
the car battery does not need to be disconnected for the charging process. No risk of sparking: the device terminals are de-energised when not connected to the battery.
Deep discharge:
This device can recharge deeply discharged batteries from 1 V.
TIMER :
Function for setting the charge when absent without risk.
SOS RECOVERY
integrated in the charging curve to regenerate batteries that have already started to sulphate.
Automatic starting:
The device only supplies power when the engine is ignited, no more remote control required.
Intelligent starting:
The starting device automatically recognises damaged or sulphated batteries. In this case, the device does not supply any power to protect the vehicle electronics.
Automatic restart
with storage of the last parameters used.
Alternator test:
Function for quickly determining faults.
Display of faults:
via the digital display for better readability and simplicity.
