Kukko Pulling device
Description
- For use with series 15 and 17 separators.
- The pulling device can be combined with the series 18-0-AS screw adapter to remove parts with threaded holes.
- Mechanical pressure screw.
- Milled thread treated with special coating.
Use
- For use with series 17, series 15, series 18-AS and series 18-A.
Advantage
- Ultimate stability when removing, as the separator and pulling device are screwed firmly together.
- Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system.
How it works
- The wedge-shaped separator jaws are secured underneath the component to be removed.
- For removal, the tension bolts on the pulling device have to be screwed into the separator.
- Use the knurled screws to position the cross-beam.
- Tightening of the pressure screw and the resulting pressure removes the part from the shaft.
Safety information
- If several parts have to be removed, always follow a step-by-step process. Do not remove several parts at the same time.
- The separator blades´ support surfaces must always sit fully beneath the part to be removed.
- Do not use any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills.
- Protective blanket required.
- Protective goggles required.
