Use

How it works

• Internal extractor:
• 1. Place the internal extractor into the bearing´s hole.
• 2. Using a ring spanner, tighten the nuts to open the jaws of the internal extractor. Make sure that the jaws sit securely below the bearing´s inner race.
• 3. For removal, the threaded rod on the slide hammer is screwed onto the key spindle on the internal extractor or threaded insert using the adapter.
• 4. The part is extracted by using the slide hammer to exert powerful force until the component has been loosened from its position.
• Thread inserts
• 1. For removal, the threaded rod on the slide hammer is screwed onto the threaded pin using the adapter.
• 2. Screw the threaded inserts into the component.
• 3. The part is extracted by using the slide hammer to exert powerful force until the component has been loosened from its position.

• Do not use any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills.
