Shipping

• The shipping costs for a single item are displayed via the "plus shipping".
• The shipping costs for your order will be displayed in your cart.
• For deliveries to Non-EU countries, additional duties, taxes and charges will be due.
• In countries outside the EU, a basic flat rate shipping costs ("Prices") is calculated. In addition, the fee specified at "weight supplement" multiplied by the weight of the shipment per every started kg applies.

Delivery time

• We will dispatch stock Items within one business day after receipt of order respectively of payment.
• By advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order, for other payments on the day after the conclusion.
• If we receive order and payment until 2:00 PM, stock items will usually dispatched on the same business day.
• Any exceptions to this are specified on the respective product page.
• We will promptly inform you of delivery delays.
• We reserve the right to not deliver a product if it is not available. In this case we will promptly inform you of this and will promptly reimburse returns already completed.
