Fluid Film AS-R 400 ml Spray Can, 3 pack + probe
FLUID FILM AS-R 400 ml 3pcs set+probeSpray can   FLUID FILM AS-R as 400 ml spray can is a universal product for maintenance, preservation, rust dissolving and as a lubricant. 400 ml spray can 3pcs set+probe Viscosity: low (eg. like sirup) Creep ability: + + + + Protection: ca. 4 years (in closed cavities) Processing: Spray can with additional fine applicator   General usage: FLUID FILM AS-R is a physiologically harmless, solvent-free and thixotropic one-layer corrosion protection coating with slip and rust dissolving effect based on lanolin and forms a clear and glossy protective film. The 400 ml spray can contains FLUID FILM NAS with propane-butane as propellant.   400 ml spray can as a universal product for commercial and private use for maintenance, preservation, rust dissolving and as a lubricant.   FLUID FILM AS-R is very suitable for factories, workshops, garages and the do-it-yourselfer for use as a preservative, maintenance product, rust remover and lubricant.   On the car it provides protection for folds, door edges, cavities, engine compartment as well as for all other parts at risk of corrosion. Especially when shut down in winter, even a thin film of FLUID FILM AS-R protects even motorcycles, bicycles or boat parts from rust, also on chains, joints and metal surfaces, such as machines and tools, corrosion is stopped immediately or does not occur at all. By combining it as a corrosion inhibitor and lubricant, moving parts such as idler pulleys, chain transmissions or joints can be protected.   FLUID FILM AS-R can be used very effectively for the maintenance of sports, leisure and household equipment or in the restoration sector, where special attention is paid to the original patina.   Unlike conventional products, FLUID FILM AS-R is more environmentally friendly and economical to use due to its solvent-free composition.   The basic substance lanolin is not volatile like oil or kerosene and does not resinify. In contrast, the effect of solvents usually wears off after 12-15 seconds, and that of oil or kerosene ends after a few days, at which point these conventional agents completely lose their protective effect.   The insert from the 400 ml spray can allows an even application on large surfaces with the normal spray attachment.   For pinpoint use even in difficult-to-reach places, there is a 15 cm long spray tube on the can. For use in longer cavities, an approx. 60 cm long spray head extension with a 3-jet all-round nozzle can be supplied.   Application: Surface preparation: Surface may be dry or wet, loose dirt and rust to be removed. Surfaces may still be wet but without surface water. Application: Spray FLUID FILM evenly on cleaned, dry or wet surfaces. If needed, repeat application. Hard-to-reach areas to be coated by means of the sprayhead with spraytube. Coating can be removed easily with fuel and other degreasing agents. Storage: To be stored in a cool and dry place. Recommended storage temperature: 15-35°C Pressurized gas packaging can be stored for 2 years.   Principal characteristics: Behaves extremely resistant to all weather conditions, including snow and slush and the solvent salts used in winter service. Extremely effective and reliable at the same time as a rust remover and water-displacing corrosion inhibitor. Excellent salt water resistance. As corrosion protection of steel parts and other metal parts during transport and processing in the manufacturing plant. Fast creeping, yet well adhering, temperature stable, will not be washed off or altered by rain and sea water, nor will it evaporate and gum up, as is the case with most penetrating oils. Bitumen protection layers already on the car chassis floors are plasticized by FLUID FILM and thus activated.

Perma Film, black, 1 Liter
PERMA FILM BLACK 1 liter Perma Film from Hodt Fluid Film is an anticorrosive coating for all bare, rusted or with old coatings and also non-ferrous metals after appropriate pretreatment. 1 liter black Rust protection and paint Perfect in combination with Fluid FIlm Easy application   Features Rust protection and painting in one; can be applied directly in the system with FLUID FILM Liquid A/ NAS or AS-R (spray) on rust. Thanks to its extraordinary penetration properties, FLUID FILM enables penetration properties, FLUID FILM allows a thorough wetting and encapsulation of rust and/or existing coatings; Long-term rust protection; good wettability of deep-pored substrates and also joints and seams (seam sealing) in the system with FLUID FILM as primer; high layer thicknesses are easy to apply by spraying hardly any overspray; low material loss   Application: Surface preparation: Bare ferrous metals: Sand very smooth surfaces. Remove grinding dust. Clean surface carefully with solvent. Rusted ferrous metals: Remove loose particles with wire brush or clean by high pressure washing. Allow to dry after washing. Zinc or galvanized surfaces: As weathering progresses, zinc or galvanized surfaces become dull and rough, and zinc salts form on the surface (white coating). This coating must be removed before coating, otherwise no adhesion is possible. For this purpose, an "ammoniacal wetting agent wash" is used. This consists of water and ammonia solution (10:1) with a few drops of washing-up liquid. With this solution and abrasive fleece, the surface is carefully worked until a grayish foam is formed. Leave to act for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry. Application: A dry film thickness of at least 150 μm is a prerequisite for safe layer thickness of at least 150 μm. (Wet film thickness 250 μm). This film thickness is achieved after 2 - 3 applications when applying by brush or roller, and after 2 - 3 applications, by spraying after 1 application. PERMA FILM is very thixotropic and can therefore be applied without sagging in the up to a wet film thickness of 250 μm in one application without applied in one working step. For higher film thicknesses, several coats are necessary, For higher film thicknesses, several coats are necessary. air must be ensured.   Substrates: Bare, rusted or with old coatings provided ferrous metals. Non-ferrous metals after previous treatment Wooden subfloor areas The use of the primer FLUID FILM Liquid A/NAS or AS-R fulfills the following tasks: Penetration to the underside through dense rust or existing Wax or bitumen based coatings; Blocking loose edges, cracks and folds; The application of FLUID FILM also eliminates possible stresses due to excessive shrinkage and hardening of the PERMA FILM and hardening of the PERMA FILM coating and prevents the layers from that the layers peel off from the rusty substrate; Any residual moisture is displaced by the penetration of FLUID FILM is displaced. A low layer thickness reduces the risk that an excessive of the primer will not penetrate into the subsequent PERMA FILM coat, thus and thus prolongs or even prevents curing.
