Features:

Thanks to the innovative 360° nozzle, the material is finely distributed and you can be sure that every area is adequately protected. No matter how thick the material is, our gun ensures even distribution without any problems.
For the use of cavity wax, we offer the proven pressure cup method. Our system makes it possible to apply the wax precisely and efficiently, even when using long, thin probes. With our pressure cup method, you get a fine spray mist directly at the nozzle, which ensures optimum sealing.
Our gun is versatile and can also be used for other anti-corrosion products such as Mike Sanders anti-corrosion grease or Fertan preservative wax.
With adjustable flow control, bleed valve and spray air adjustment, our gun offers maximum control and flexibility of application.

FLUID FILM LIQUID NAS 5 liter FLUID FILM NAS is mainly intended for protection of metal surfaces during internal temporary storage and for preservation during sea and road transport and for cavity sealing of motor vehicles. 5 liter Viscosity: low (e.g. like ketchup) Creep ability: + + + + Protection time: approx. 6 years (in closed cavities) Processing: with commercially available compressed air systems after heating the material to approx. 25°C or with airless systems Features Solvent-free and physiologically safe for application and as a protective film. Requires minimal surface treatment. Penetrates through rust, displaces water and forms an extremely resistant protection against corrosion by salts. Good adhesion to wet or dry surfaces. No evaporation, resinification or drying of the protective film. Can be easily removed if necessary. Can come into contact with water immediately after application. MIKE SANDERS Rust prevention grease 4 kg Features: Mike Sander`s rust prevention grease provides cavity protection and under-sealing for blank, corroded and painted sheet metal. It is suited to all types of vehicels, vintage and classic, new and used of all ages. It does not have to be applied by a garage, it can be applied by a "do-it-yourself" enthusiast with the right equipment. The product together with the "hot-application-method" were developed over 35 years ago by Mike Sander. Since then Mike Sanders prevention grease achieved several first ranks in product tests, uncounted protected cars and sucessfull industrial applications. Usage direction To improve the penetration into the seams and corners, heating in a spray booth ore with a hot air pistol is possible, although when applied, in the summer months this is not necessary. As a precautionary measure it is recommended to cover the vehicles with a plastic foil and to place newspapers underneath the water draining holes in the bodywork. Grease that drops out of the vehicle during treatment can be re-heated and used again. This product is especially effective when used under screws, chrome strips and light fittings. Nuts and bolts that have been treated will undo easily even after years of neglect. An examination of the vehicle in respect of corrosion and if necessary an additional treatment is recommended every 2-4 years.

Fertan HT Cavity Protection Wax, 5 Litre FERTAN cavity protection wax was developed for the preservation of car cavities based on wax. Features: 5 litre canister for the end protection of cavities, e. g. in car bodies The composition of the product allows easy processing without the product flowing out of the cavities. Due to the presence of resins, an optimal adhesion is achieved, even on vertical surfaces, etc. HT wax remains very soft and thus obtains the property of automatically closing small cracks in the coating even after years. for many years successful: in the restoration of vintage cars in the restoration of new motor vehicles Coating of industrial structures Processing: Shake well before use. FLUID FILM Liquid A, 5 liter One component oily liquid, solvent-free, lanolin based soft coating. 5 liter bottle Viscosity: low (eg. like olive oil) Creep ability: + + + + + Protection: min. 2 years (in closed cavities) Processing: with conventional compressed air systems without heating the material or in the flood method General usage: This non oxidizing rust retarding compound formulated as a liquid is used to form protective films in ballast tanks on ships, drilling platforms, dry docks, barges, rudder interiors, chain lockers, and any metal surface subjected to severe salt water corrosion and to corrosive marine atmospheres. FLUID FILM Liquid A is easily applied by spray or floatation methods. It forms with water or air humidity a gel which adheres to metal surfaces and is not subject to discharge overboard during deballasting. FLUID FILM Liquid A is also used as a penetrant and lubricant. It may be used to help descale tanks with heavy scale. Principal characteristics: contains highly polar lanolin and water displacing additives, which deposit the product below water films on the metal surfaces. This is essential for proper penetration and adhesion of the protective coating being applied; does not contain solvents, non toxic during application; requires minimum surface preparation; penetrates existing rust, displaces water, forms with water and/or air humidity a gel; adheres to and gives full protection to wet or dry surfaces; does not dry out, harden or crack; resists water washing yet can easily be removed when required; can be applied by air and airless spraying, brush, roller and floatation.
