Kukko Tie and connecting rod joint puller with hydraulic lift cylinder
Description
High performance is guaranteed by the extra-powerful design of the basic body and reinforced fork.
Hydraulic cylinder.
The central spindle can be used to preload and adjust the extractor.
Suitable for the following motor vehicle types:
Mercedes Benz: ACTROS, ATEGO over 18 tonnes, SKO 405, -N, -GN (low-floor buses)
MAN: F2000, TG, A 23 (low-floor articulated buses)
Scania models 3 and 4, Icarus
A hydraulic pump (YHP-320) with a hose (YF-200) is required to drive the tool. Not included in delivery.
Use
Used for hydraulic extraction of ball pins when dismantling ball joints on connecting and steering tie rods, especially, for trucks and low-floor buses.
Advantage
The hydraulic extractors are driven by a hydraulic cylinder, which ensures controlled and safe operations.
They use the entire performance range of the puller, well beyond the possibilities of a mechanical pressure screw.
Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system.
How it works
Position the puller clamp by pressing on the spring, slide it between the ball joint, and operate the hydraulics.
To drive the hydraulic cylinder with the 3/8 high flow coupling box use the Baureihe YHP-325
Preposition the extractor at the right height, preload the anvil and then activate the hydraulics/pressure spindle.
Safety information
Do not use any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills.
Protective blanket required.
Protective goggles required.
