With this spot welder not only the actual welding time, but also the performance can be adapted to work.
It is especially useful when processing thin sheets, to reduce the performance and extend the welding time, so that the sheet will not be damaged during welding.
The pulse device provides relatively slow heating of the material, especially when processing galvanized sheets it is useful, as annoying splashes are massively reduced by evaporation of zinc.
The welding machine is useful for the professional body repair and production tasks.
Special emphasis was placed on ease of use.
Through a patented leverage on the operating handle very large forces of electrodes are transmitted at minimal effort. Such an electrode force can be set directly on the handle of a scale to 120 daN.
All models have an electronic welding time control, which only triggers when the set point on the welding current flows.
There are consistently good results being achieved for sheet metal with old paint or galvanizing.
