Fertan Tapox 2-K Tank sealing TAPOX is the proven and durable, as well as very resistant 2-K tank interior coating. Features: Fuel resistant Temperature resistant, resistant to +80°C E. g. for lacquers. Extremely resistant. Suitable for all fuel cards (e. g. : motorcycle, car, boat, fuel oil tank, industrial tank). Fuel tanks made of steel have the property to rust easily. The reason is the MTBE (methyl tertiate butyl ester) added to the impact resistance in modern fuels. A special 2-C inner coating, which is resistant to fuels, provides a remedy.
